How to make a hard reset Alcatel Ot 800

Make sure your battery is a full of charge.
Hold down Q# + power on/off key at same time for about five seconds to reset the mobile phone. (as seen in the photo)
Remember: contacts, photos, messages and files, downloaded applications, Java games will be lost permanently.
