Hard Reset LG P768 Optimus L9

Make sure, that your phone is off.
Press and hold Volume Down and Power button.
When LG logo will flash release keys.
Confirm process twice by pressing Power button.
Handset now should perform Master reset.
Done, you can work on your device.
