This may only works for numeric1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 ,9 ,*, 0 and # keys, the upper keypad which are connected to the flex ribbon cable is not included in this solution. However, if the upper keys doesn't respond or working , you may only need to replace the flex ribbon cable.
