First method:

1. Make sure that your device is off.
2. Next press and hold * key + 3 key + Call button + Power button, until you see Nokia logo.
   
3. Now enter your lock code.
   * The default lock code is 12345
4. Then your phone will reset and restart.

Second method:

1. Power on the device.
   
2. Then type this code: *#7370# or *#7780#
3. Now press your lock code.
   * The default lock code is 12345
4. Afterwards your phone will reset and restarts.
5. Done!

Third Method:

1. Press Power button until your phone is on.
   
2. Then navigate to Menu -> Settings -> Restore Factory Settings.
3. Now enter your security code.
   * The default code is: 12345
4. After that your cell phone will restarts.
