Hard Reset ZTE Blade II

1. Switch off the phone.
   
2. Next press and hold Volume Up + Power button.
   
3. Select option "Wipe Data/Factory Reset" from the menu using Volume buttons to browse options, and Power button to accept.
4. Next choose operation "yes" using Volume Down to scroll to option, and Power button to enter.
5. After that press Power button to confirm operation "reboot system now".

4. Confirm Home key.

Zte Blade  Hard Reset

Before you give your handset to repair shop or buy new handset, 
please try the following procedure to repair your device. 
First charge your battery more then 90%, backup your important data like Contacts, 
message, email, images,Videos, and settings and Remove SD CARD and SIM CARD.
After Done hard reset Then It's not possible to recover your data, 
so online backup is always important. For all of your data, 
a backup should be done on a external device,like Meomry Card,Hard DISC etc.

Hard Reset Method :::::::::::::::::;;;;;/./

• Press and Hold Home + Volume UP + Power
• now you see recovery options.
• Now Select wipe data / factory reset and select yes
• now reboot device
• and power on
• press emergency call.
• type in *983*987# (don't leave any spaces)
• that brings up the "erase everything" screen
• press "erase everything" then wait
• Wait for the orange logo to disappear then your phone is as new again.
